2. What happens with my current contract & eligability? UPDATED

On the final day of the current software, all contracts will need to be re-signed.

When enrolling onto the new platform, you'll be prompted to review all our terms, conditions, the new data policy.

We are taking time to review the contract terms in time for April and will share those once they're ready.

Are there any changes to the price catagories and eligability?

No, all will remain the same. For example the concession rate will still apply to other HEI students, like Brookes Students, Staff, Alumni and Retired staff from OU, Blue light workers, spouses of OU staff etc

However, will will soon after launch be requesting a document upload as proof of eligability on those membership applications.

The student rate will have sub-catagories for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Visiting student; it does not affect the price but informs us better on how well we are helping certain groups get more active.
