10. I have an Active Flex Bundle, what will happen with that? UPDATED

We initially believed it would not be possible to carry Active Flex over the the new Platform. Hence advise in the Christmas newsletter to run down your usuages.

However, we will be creating a similar replacement product on the new software. 

For now, we continue to encourage members to redeem as many of their visits as possible before 31st March, to minimise the complexity and reduce delays in transitioning Flex members over the new platform.

There has been some slippage on the go live date for the new platform, so we expect members now have until end of April to use up remaining Active Flex usuages.
