10. I have an Active Flex Bundle, what will happen with that?

We initially believed it would not be possible to carry Active Flex over the the new Platform. Hence advise in the Christmas newsletter to run down your usuages.

However, we will be creating a similar replacement product on the new software. 

For now, we continue to encourage members to redeem as many of their visits as possible before 31st March, to minimise the complexity and reduce delays in transitioning Flex members over the new platform.
