14. We it have the ability to send a notification from the App when a user has a booking coming up?

Yes, we can send booking / appointment reminders, based on live data (currently is based on a snapshot of data at 4am which is not ideal)

Delcom have cautioned against it excess use, as customer often opt out of Push notices and emails altogether.

We can set reminders for only one of the options from

1 day ahead
3 days ahead
5 days ahead
1 week ahead
2 weeks ahead
1 month ahead
2 months ahead
3 months ahead
Or 
No reminder

We will hopefully use a reminder for all activities, but we will monitor customer opt out rates from communications, as a great many recieve nothing from us at present.

It's likely we'd look to use 1 day for most activities and a longer reminder for courses, workshops and seminars. To Be Decided internally.

We are looking to use Delcoms own native Mobile App, which would mean swapping this current 3rd Party App you are using to a new one.
- That new app is linked to live booking data, so can send messages for reminders and also automate a cancellation message if an instructor is poorly.


We also know Delcom are in touch with this 3rd Party App, so there remains a potential option that the data base changes and the App remains the same, then any push notices would depend upon how closely Delcom and the 3rd Party could integrate the product for live communications.
