6. How do I edit my account information?

We will provide a link once the system is live, where you can login to your dashboard and update most of your details at any time.

Some details you'll find you cannot change, like your price level.

And for some membership categories you'll be asked to upload a proof (normally to obtain any discounted rates)

We expect to go live from 13th July, so will begin inviting existing users to create their new platform accounts from 6th July 2026.
