13. Will we have the ability to see Booking history?
Yes! You will be able to review your past bookings using a toggle button on your customer dashboard, certainly the more recent ones.
We will need to check how far back we allow members to view, as it may affect the speed/performance of the system.
But our front of house team will always be able to review your past bookings.
We will lose access to the current Gladstone system around the end of June. So while we will have a few months overlap between platforms, we will lose much old data on your account.
