What will your pricing be?

Pricing

In 2016 when we last switched membership software we carried over 74 membership types.

In 2022 we launch three new membership types and reduced the 'legacy' memberships down to 48 types. But we still have many different people on many different options.

While we recently introducted a range of 'top-up' options, they were not heavily used and made for a very complex structure of intersectional memberships.


When the new software platform launches we will be moving to a single membership option which uses can opt to purchase, terminating all current memberships.

You will be able to join annually, or for a flexible monthly contract free option. We will also offer a 6 month minimum term followed by a cheaper rolling monthly rate.

All members enrolling from 31st July will also pay a £20 joining fee on their first membership and any future renewal.

For members that have oustanding value left to use on their monthly or annual membership; we will issue a gift card to the same value owed, so you can take out a new membership with the amount you've paid discounted.

For members that do not wish to subscribe to the new membership, you can either redeem your gift voucher on other activities or retail, or we can cancel the voucher and give you a repayment request form to have a rebate of your fees after 13th July 2026.

- Swimming Pool access at Iffley Road
- Coming soon: We are replacing our Virtual class content from Wellbeats, Wexer and MoveGB with the internationally renown Les Mils




As we are removing some of our lower priced membership options, we are also reducing prices on number of our pay as you go options.

Our new 10 Session Card will be the replacement for Active Flex, although price per visit does not fully equate. It still lasts 6 months, but the 10 session rather than 13 sessions we hope users find easier to use up every pre-paid visit.
