8. What will happen with Loyalty points?

Our current software vendor Gladstone no longer supports the Loyalty points function, and where it has been 'glitchy' it has been time consuming to check and correct. The platform they proposed to install in 2026 also no longer featured Loyalty points.

So in any circumstance moving to Delcom or remaining with Gladstone, Loyalty points were no longer an option.

Of the 13 companies we reviewed, none featured loyalty points.

Any unused Loyalty points that are no used by our go live date will be lost.

However, the Iffley Club cafe has agreed to accept loyalty points vouchers from OUS reception on drinks in their cafe, which should help.
