16. Can I still freeze my membership?

It will still be possible to freeze memberships where you contract allows for that.

An option to 'Freeze' will be available in your member dashboard in the new platform where your subscription is eligable to be frozen.


For monthly payers,
- If your account is frozen during the transition to the new platform, we will cancel your membership and you can join on a new subscriptions upon your return.

For annual payers
- If your account is frozen during the transition we will give you a gift card for the time paid / owed to you to use in towards the payment of your new membership upon your return.
