16. Can I still freeze my membership? UPDATED

It will still be possible to freeze memberships where you contract allows for that.

An option to 'Freeze' will be available in your member dashboard in the new platform where your subscription is eligable to be frozen.


For monthly payers,
- If your account is frozen during the transition to the new platform, we will cancel your membership and you can join on a new subscriptions upon your return.
- There will be a £5 freeze fee but it will avoid a £20 joining fee per renewal if you're jumping in and out for term times (£60 in joining fees if you cancelled and re-joined three times in the academic year).

For annual payers
- If your account is frozen during the transition we will give you a gift card for the time paid / owed to you to use in towards the payment of your new membership upon your return.
