4.What if I do not like the new contract terms?

Clearly, we cannot force users to accept new terms and conditions. 

If you would prefer to no longer use the facilities, please make that clear by contacting us on membership@sport.ox.ac.uk by the 31st July 2026 and we will arrange for a pro-rata rebate of any fees you have paid beyond the go live date of the new platform. 

For example,  

- An annual membership bought 1st January 2026 for £360. If we go live on 1st April 2026 and you do not wish to continue you would be entitled to 9 months rebate for time that won't be used under a new contract, £270. 

- That must be redeemed by the end of our financial year on 31st July 2026. 

- That will not prevent you joining as a new member at a future date, with any joining fees applied and being governed by the new contract terms.
